IT standards lock-in discussed in the Swedish Parliament

On 17 May 2017 research results concerning how IT standards can inhibit competition in public procurement were discussed in the Swedish Parliament. Challenges were discussed amongst panelists and participants in the seminar. The panel comprised Mathias Lassinantti Jansson (The Swedish Competition Authority), Daniel Melin (The Swedish National Procurements Services), Göran Westerlund (Alingsås municipality), and Björn Lundell (University of Skövde).
