Open source discussions at Offentliga Rummet

On 25 May 2016 a representative from SSRG contributed to discussions concerning experiences from practice of open collaboration and governance at Offentliga Rummet 2016, Malmö. Specific challenges and a number of open source solutions deployed in different Swedish municipalities were discussed amongst participants.

 The IT-manager from Alingsås municipality, Göran Westerlund, presented experiences concerning establishing open collaboration through open source projects. Specifically, the presentation addressed how to establish open governance in open source communities.

 Andrew Nordh, project leader at the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions, presents a perspective on strategies for openness from the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions.
